purest products, but if something goes wrong, we are here to help.

Return & Exchange Policy:
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you can request a return or exchange within 2
days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The invoice/bill must be provided during the return process.
• Products that have been opened or used will not be eligible.

You can request an exchange or return only if:
1. The product is received in damaged condition or is incorrect.
2. The seal is broken at the time of delivery.
3. The product has already expired before reaching you.
Once your return request is accepted, we will organize a pickup from your delivery location, and
you will receive details about the pickup timing. For exchanges, the replacement will be
dispatched within 5–8 working days after the return pickup is completed.

Delivery Discrepancies:
If there are any problems, like missing items or wrong delivery, please notify us within 32 hours
after the order is marked as delivered.

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the product has not been shipped.
• If approved, a full refund will be issued.
• The Organic Hub reserves the right to cancel or reject an order in case of stock
unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with customer details or payment.

Refund Process:
• To ensure smooth processing, we request that you record a video while unboxing the
parcel, clearly showing the package label and contents.
• Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be checked by our quality team.
• Based on the condition and eligibility, your refund will be processed to your original
